Last level of the day…

We’ve just hit level 8, the last one for the day. The blinds are now 400/800 with antes of 75. Only 267 players remain in Day 1A, and one of them is Martin Bjerring Hansen of Denmark. The Scandic Bookmakers player is continuing to play a solid game, and now sits 3 places down from Norwegian poker queen, Annette Obrestad. She sits behind a mountain of poker chips and is playing with well controlled aggression.

On another note, Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier is now on the feature stage and is currently playing 33 Sit ‘n’ Go’s simultaneously. I have to point something out here…33 was not a typo! It’s insane to even watch. He uses 4 computer screens to track each tournament he’s playing, and his head is actively darting from one monitor to another. It gives me a headache to just stand there spectating…
